One of the most satisfying aspects of my job is seeing a buyer move into the home of their dreams for the right price! I truly love the process of interviewing buyers about their home and community needs, and helping them prioritize the things that matter the most. Using a extensive buyer questionnaire, I take into consideration all the buyer's priorities as we embark on the search together. The first showing of every property is now through the internet, so I create and auto-email search engine through our multiple list service that will keep buyers informed of any property entering the market that suites their parameters. I also use my network within our regional offices to consider properties that are coming soon or those temporarily off the market but still available.
Touring properties together is always something that I look forward to and enjoy. My philosophy is that you can never look at enough homes, and the more you look the better you will know the "right one" when you walk in the front door!
